Hospitality at the Coral Welsh Grand National"From the moment we walked into the Coral suite to the moment we left it was special. We were so well looked after by the Coral staff as well the racecourse serving staff. The food was first class and plentiful. The other winners were great company and the view of the course was perfect. We attend the Welsh National every year but to have the luxury of this experience was out of this world.
Many thanks."

The hospitality was second to none and everything was on point. Although Diamond Days only managed to come 5th, it didn't ruin what was an excellent day out and one that was thoroughly enjoyed, thank you Coral Racing Club."

Hospitality at the Coral Welsh Grand National"Winning the Coral Racing Club hospitality competition gave my wife and I the chance to attend Chepstow Racecourse on Saturday 27th December 2025, for the Coral Welsh Grand National. It was a truly memorable experience.
The weather was beautiful, with bright sunshine making the day even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was fantastic, and watching the Welsh Grand National live was incredibly exciting. The hospitality added a special touch and made the whole day feel relaxed and well looked after.
Overall, it was a brilliant day at the races, and I’m very grateful to Coral Racing Club for the opportunity."

Hospitality at the Coral Lanzarote Hurdle"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our day at Kempton racecourse on Lanzarote day. We were treated well all day by the Coral Racing Club team. The food was very good, we had a great view of the racing overlooking the winning post and I particularly liked going in to the parade ring, talking to trainers and owners whilst never feeling out of place."

Hospitality at Newbury's Coral Gold Cup Weekend"What a brilliant day!
From entering the draw to leaving the course, everything in the middle was absolutely fantastic and we were made to feel really welcome within the Coral family. We got to meet and greet 3 of the best jockeys at present, there was good chat and the hospitality team were a credit to the Coral Racing Club.
Can’t forget Newbury Racecourse as well, it was a tremendous setting. The lounge was in a very good location and all facilities were second to none.
Thank you to all of the Coral Racing Club Team."

Owner for the Day with Lady Mendoza"I won owner for day with Lady Mendoza at Uttoxeter, we came 3rd and won some prize money. To be in the Parade Ring was amazing where we were with wonderful staff from the Coral Racing Club and invited to have conversations with Rebecca Menzies on tactics and met Brian Hughes for the post race celebrations. The evening finished off with after racing radio 2 DJ Vernon Kay.
Wonderful day, thank you Coral!"

Stable Visit with Hugo Palmer"It was a great experience, to meet Michael Owen, Hugo Palmer and all the horses, it was organised and informative.
Interestingly Michael shared with us how he bought Manor Farm when he was in his twenties, amongst other stories. He had dreams which he has more than reached. It was very inspiring, he is a very nice and approachable person.
It was an incredible experience and it exceeded my expectations."

Hospitality at Glorious Goodwood"Great couple of days at Glorious Goodwood with the Racing Club team and with tips from ex Desert Orchid Jockey Colin Brown. Such a great social atmosphere, fantastic viewing from the rooftop terrace over this wonderful course atop the South Downs.
I've enjoyed all the events I've previously attended with the Coral Racing Club, but these 2 days topped them all!"

Ultimate Hospitality at the 2025 Coral-Eclipse"I was lucky enough to win the hospitality experience for this years Coral-Eclipse. I went with my partner Liv, and we had an amazing time. We were put up in a hotel for 2 nights by the Coral Racing Club, transportation to the racecourse and back, meal vouchers at the hotel, we had a tour of Sandown the day of racing, a truly wonderful experience to walk on the course and look round the weighing room! We were able to watch the racing from a private box with complimentary bar and buffet. We carried around the pennants of the former Coral-Eclipse winners around the parade ring before racing, which again was a fantastic experience. We also went into the parade ring before race 2 to see the horses parade, Liv also had a chance to ring the bell for the jockeys to mount. For that race we got to watch it in the royal box with a glass of champagne. Overall we had a brilliant experience and all the Coral staff could not have been more welcoming, they made it a special day for sure."

We also had a guided tour of the yard with the very talented and knowledgeable Sean, who gave us an insight to behind the scenes of racing. We also had a very tasty Bacon Buttie and a hot drink before we started. Very well done to Zoe Hunt and her team from Coral, for making us all so welcome. I think everyone enjoyed it so much, Thanks for the Experience and well done Coral."

Hospitality at the 2024 Coral Welsh Grand National"Well it was such an awesome day out at Chepstow on the day after Boxing Day 2024, we had such a great laugh from the entertainment of Adrian Osman and all the Coral staff. Although we didn’t get to clearly see much racing because of the fog it really didn’t matter. 10/10 from all that attended. Hospitality and food etc was on another level. The table we were on there was six of us and we all bonded straight away and made it a day to remember. Thank you to all that was involved."

Hospitality at the 2023 Newbury Coral Gold Cup"I won tickets to the Coral Gold Cup Day in 2023 and it was an unbelievable experience. We were meet and greeted at the coral tent and had a chat with an ex-jockey called Colin Brown and he was excellent!! We got asked to go into the parade ring before a race and got to pick the best turned out winner which ended up winning the race at 28/1. We also got to view this race from the queens grandstand which was full of people including trainer Nicky Henderson and owner Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber. 10/10 day and would recommended anyone to enter the competitions for tickets every time as you will not be disappointed."

Owner for the Day with Cast No Shadow"I was lucky enough to win an 'Owner for the Day' competition to see Cast No Shadow run at Southwell (26/10/23). Unfortunately Southwell became waterlogged so at the last minute the meeting was switched to Lingfield. We were still able to get to Lingfield so along we went not knowing quite what to expect.
We contacted the Coral Racing Club representative and within minutes met up. He briefed us on how the afternoon would pan out, so first a complimentary lunch in The Owners and Trainers area. After lunch we met up again before our horse was due to run. We were taken into the pre-parade area and were able to see at first hand all the pre-race preparations. Though our horse was trained by Hugo Palmer we were introduced to Alice Haynes ,another Coral Club Trainer and given a very informed account of the horse she had running in the same race as Cast No Shadow.
Prior to the race we had the chance to meet and chat with Hugo's representative and the jockey. We were having a great day and the bonus, Cast No Shadow though lacking experience came a very fast finishing 4th. In summary we were given a great day out at the races, were expertly looked after by Corals and did indeed feel like owners for the day."

Hospitality at the 2024 Coral Welsh Grand National"Despite the incessant fog we had a fabulous day in the coral box, the food and drink were superb. We were treated to the finest tasty Welsh lamb as the main course, but not only that I had a chat with Jonjo [O'Neill] and enjoyed the banter from Luke Harvey. To top the day off I won the champion tipster competition taking home a bottle of bubbly and a box of chocolates, it was great if a bit embarrassing. 10/10 Coral."

Hospitality at the 2024 Sandown Tingle Creek"I really enjoyed this experience. I got to see some amazing horses in action and met loads of great people. I even rang a bell before race 3 for the jockeys. Seen Jonbon in real life and seen him winning again. It was an amazing day and one of a life time experience which I'm really grateful for."

Owner for the Day with Phoenix Of Dreams"I was chosen to attend Phoenix Of Dreams' run at Redcar where I met up with Lewis who was very welcoming and professional. I got to go into the parade ring and speak with the trainer John Quinn and jockey Jason Hart who explained how they expected the race to unfold. We were really fortunate as Phoenix Of Dreams went onto win the race then we went to the winners enclosure to welcome the horse back in and were presented with the winners trophy. We were then took into the winners room for a glass of bubbly and watched the rerun of the race. All in all a fantastic experience to witness the day as an owner. Thank you Coral."
