1. By taking part in this Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. This Competition is open from 13:30 Wednesday 15th March 2023 and closes at 13:30 Thursday 16th March 2023. (the "Promotional Period")

ELIGIBILITY

3. This Competition is only available to members of the Coral Racing Club who are over 18 years of age and who are not self-excluded from gambling with Coral, Ladbrokes or any other brand operated by Entain plc or are not self-excluded via any National Self-Exclusion scheme. For details of how to enter, please visit the Coral Racing Club website: coralracingclub.coral.co.uk

4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Competition or to be nominated.

(“Eligible Players”)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5. To participate, each Eligible Players must:

a) access the "Cheltenham Day 3 Quiz – A chance to win a £10 Free Bet" competition page; and click “ENTER HERE”.

b) Upon clicking "ENTER HERE" an Eligible Player will be served three new quiz questions.

c) If all three questions are answered correctly, an Eligible Player will earn one entry in the Prize Draw.

6. Only one entry permitted per person per quiz. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

7. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to gain entry to the Prize Draw.

8. Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotional Period. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.

9. The Prize Draw will have 250 winners who will be chosen at random by an online generator.

10. The prize for each winning entry to this Competition will be 1 x £10 Free Bet credited to their Coral sportsbook account.

11. The selected winners will be credited the Free Bet within 48 hours of the competition closing.

QUIZ SPECIFICS

12. The quiz will be available to enter between 13:30 Wednesday 15th March 2023 and 13:30 Thursday 16th March 2023.
13. Customers must answer all 3 questions to be eligible for the prize draw.

14. Each eligible player can only participate in each quiz once.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFICS

15. To gain an entry to the Prize Draw, an Eligible Player must answer all three questions correctly in the quiz.
16. Each Eligible Player can earn a maximum of one entry into the Prize Draw.

17. The Prize Draw will take place within 24 hours of the competition closing.

PRIZE SPECFIC CONDITIONS

18. Each selected winner will receive 1 x £10 Free Bet credited to their Coral Sportsbook account.

19. Free Bet will be valid for 7 days.

20. Free Bet will be valid to use on horse racing

21. Free Bets can not be redeemed for cash at any time.

22. Free Bet stake will not be included in any returns or if Free Bet wager becomes void.

23. You can not partially “cash out” your Free Bet.

24. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions(https://help.coral.co.uk/en/general-information/legal-matters/terms-and-conditions) will equally apply to this Promotion. 

GENERAL

25. The Promoter of this Competition is LC International Limited, whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

26. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict an Eligible Player’s access to the Competition or any other Competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.

27. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect an Eligible Player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Competition and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

28. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Competition, and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation.

29. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Competition; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Competition participation or the acceptance of a prize.

30. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Eligible Player of any such failure. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
