1. By taking part in this Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. This Competition is open from Tuesday 10th January and closes on Sunday 15th January 2022.

ELIGIBILITY

3. This Competition is only available to members of the Coral Racing Club who are over 18 years of age and who are not self-excluded from gambling with Coral, Ladbrokes or any other brand operated by Entain plc or are not self-excluded via any National Self-Exclusion scheme. For details of how to enter, please visit the Coral Racing Club website: coralracingclub.coral.co.uk

4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Competition or to be nominated.

(“Eligible Players”)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5. To gain one entry in to the Prize Draw, Eligible Players must:

a) access the Coral Racing Club "Daily Quiz - Jonjo O'Neill and Annie Mc” competition page; and click “ENTER HERE”.

b) Answer the 3 quiz questions correctly.

c) Upon answering 3 questions correctly an Eligible Player will get one entry into the Prize Draw.

6. Only one entry permitted per person per quiz. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

7. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to gain entry to the prize draw.

8. Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotional Period. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.

9. The prize draw will have 60 winners who will be chosen at random by an online generator.

10. The prize for each winning entry to this Competition will be 1 x £10 Free Bet credited to their Coral sportsbook account.

11. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email and/or inbox message within 72 hours of the winners being drawn (a “Winning Notification”).

12. It is an Eligible Player’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is saved in their Coral account in order to be contacted.

QUIZ SPECIFICS

13.  A quiz will run each day between Tuesday 10th January 2023 and Saturday 14th January 2023. Each eligible player can participate in each quiz once.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFICS

14.  Each Eligible Player can earn one entry into the Prize Draw upon answering all three of the quiz questions correctly in any of the quizzes.

15.  A maximum of five Prize Draw entries can be earned during the Promotional Period.

PRIZE SPECFIC CONDITIONS

16. Each selected winner will receive 1 x £10 free bet credited to their Coral Sportsbook account

17. Free Bet will be valid for 7 days.

18. Free bet will be valid to use on any sport.

19. Free Bets can not be redeemed for cash at any time.

20. Free bet stake will not be included in any returns or if free bet wager becomes void.

21. You can not partially “cash out” your free bet.

22. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions(https://help.coral.co.uk/en/general-information/legal-matters/terms-and-conditions) will equally apply to this Promotion. 

GENERAL

23. The Promoter of this Competition is LC International Limited, whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict an Eligible Player’s access to the Competition or any other Competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.

25. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect an Eligible Player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Competition and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

26 Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Competition, and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation.

27  The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Competition; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Competition participation or the acceptance of a prize.

28. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Eligible Player of any such failure.34The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
