Our Name Your Horse with Hugo Palmer competition closed on Monday, so now it's time to vote for your favourite name after we narrowed it down to a top five.

We were delighted to see almost 3,000 Coral Racing Club members get involved by submitting a name for the club's new two-year-old who is by Soldier's Call and Satin Ribbon, but now the power is in your hands!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By taking part in this "Name Your Horse with Hugo Palmer" Poll (the “Poll”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. This Poll is open from 12:00 on Wednesday 7th August 2024 until 23:59 on Wednesday 14th August 2024

(the "Promotional Period")

ELIGIBILITY

3. This Poll is only available to members of the Coral Racing Club who are over 18 years of age and who are not self-excluded from gambling with Coral, Ladbrokes or any other brand operated by Entain plc or are not self-excluded via any National Self-Exclusion scheme. For details of how to enter, please visit the Coral Racing Club website (coralracingclub.coral.co.uk).

4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Poll or to be nominated.

(“Entrants”)

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5. To participate, Entrants must:

a. access the Poll page;

b. click “VOTE HERE”;

c. select the one name they would like to vote for; and

d. tick the checkbox then press submit to confirm their vote.

6. Only one vote permitted per person.

7. Votes must be submitted by the end of the Promotional Period. After this date no further votes will be accepted.

USE OF INFORMATION

8. Entrants have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of data they have submitted by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

9. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with their privacy policy and the relevant data protection legislation.

GENERAL

10. The Promoter of this Competition is LC International Limited, whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict an Entrant's access to the Poll, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons including where necessary to prevent unlawful behaviour.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Poll; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from participation in this Poll.

13. The Poll and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
