We had another busy weekend of top quality racing, with the Coral Lanzarote Meeting from Kempton, the Hampton Novices' Chase at Warwick and the Towton Novices' Chase from Wetherby, as well as a handful of Graded contests from Fairyhouse and Punchestown over the weekend.
COLONEL HARRY scored well at Wetherby in the Grade 2 Towton's Novices' Chase early on Saturday, before GREY DAWNING won easily by a massive sixteen lengths in the other big Novice Chase of the day at Warwick.
Over at Kempton, BANBRIDGE battled to victory over Pic D'Orhy in the Siviniaco Conti Chase, and JAY JAY REILLY produced a phenomenal performance to defy the odds when winning the Lanzarote Hurdle immediately afterwards.
In Ireland, UNCLE PHIL won the Grade 3 Chase at Fairyhouse on Saturday for Willie Mullins, before MYSTICAL POWER scored with ease in the Grade 2 Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle at Punchestown on Sunday.
