Who was your Star Performer of the Weekend?
Cuban Tiger won the Listed Burradon Stakes at Newcastle to open the card, before Prydwen stormed clear in the final furlong to win the All-Weather Marathon Championships. Fire Demon was crowned the All-Weather Champion three-year-old and Talis Evolvere defied the odds to get his head up on the line to win the Mile Championship elsewhere on the card.
Over in Meydan, Ryan Moore timed his run perfectly onboard Tower Of London in the Dubai Gold Cup, going clear with ease in the final stages of the race to win by two lengths. Later in the card, Tuz showed an incredible turn of foot to win the Dubai Golden Shaheen by six lengths and Facteur Cheval did just enough to hold off the Japanese challengers to win the Dubai World Cup.
Back in the UK on Saturday, Brentford Hope justified favouritism in the Two Mile Hurdle Series Final at Haydock, as he just held on from the rallying Holly towards the finish, and Numitor rolled back the years with a dominant performance in the Veterans' Middle Distance Chase Finale.
At Fairyhouse on Sunday, Jade De Grugy bounced back to form after a disappointing Cheltenham run to win the Grade 1 Honeysuckle Mares' Novices' Hurdle and Spillane's Tower stayed on best of all to win the Grade 1 WillowWarm Gold Cup
