1. By taking part in this “"Star Performer of the Weekend” Poll (the “Poll”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. This Poll is open from 10:00 Monday 25th September 2023 until 23:59 Tuesday 26th September 2023.

ELIGIBILITY

3. This Poll is only available to members of the Coral Racing Club who are over 18 years of age and who are not self-excluded from gambling with Coral, Ladbrokes or any other brand operated by Entain plc or are not self-excluded via any National Self-Exclusion scheme. For details of how to enter, please visit the Coral Racing Club website (coralracingclub.coral.co.uk).

4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Poll or to be nominated.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5. To participate, Entrants must:

a. access the Poll page;

b. click “ENTER HERE”;

c. type a name in the text box entry form describing to us who their Star Performer of the Weekend was and why; and

d. click “SUBMIT” to confirm their entry

6. The Star Performer of the Weekend should be a horse.

7. Only one entry permitted per person.

8. Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotional Period. After this date no further entries will be accepted.

9. The submission, first name and county of Entrants’ may be published on the Coral Racing Club website and/or on Coral’s Twitter (X) Account @Coral within 7 days of the Poll closing. Should an Entrant not want to have their first name and/or county published, they should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

USE OF INFORMATION

10. Entrants have the right to request access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of data they have submitted by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

11. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with their privacy policy and the relevant data protection legislation.

GENERAL

12. The Promoter of this Competition is LC International Limited, whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict an Entrant r’s access to the Poll, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons including where necessary to prevent unlawful behaviour.

14. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Poll; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from participation in this Poll.

15. The Poll and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
