Cast No Shadow banged a joint last week so unfortunately wasn't able to run at Lingfield as originally planned.

The good news is he has overcome that setback and has since returned to full training. Fortunately, those sorts of knocks don’t set horses back too much, and he is ready to run again.

We are looking at a race at the back end of next week at Wolverhampton on Friday (27th) which is a 0-85 Class 4 handicap over 5f. He will be racing off a 2lb higher mark than his victory at Newcastle, and I feel he is good enough to overcome that rise in the ratings.
