Cave Article has been declared to make his first start of this season at Fakenham on Friday. 

He's been off the track since being awarded his opening handicap mark of 78 in March of this year, with trainer, Christian Williams, opting not to send him racing over summer and waiting until the National Hunt season properly kicked off before getting him out on track again. 

Cave Article is stepping up in trip this time out, running over two miles and four furlongs for the first time, having gone half a furlong shorter in his debut contest, before stepping down to two miles in his last two runs.
