Following on from last week's initial update on the club's latest stable addition, Cave Article, we're delighted to report that he's now been given his first race entry at Doncaster next Wednesday.

Trainer Christian Williams stated on Friday that he was very close to being ready for a run and it was just a matter of assessing the calendar and picking out a couple of suitable contests.

Cave Article has today officially been entered in the Class 4 Maiden Hurdle (13:30) over two miles and three and a half furlongs at Doncaster. However, Christian has also mentioned the possibility of two other races at Exeter and Warwick on Friday 23rd over similar distances which he's likely to enter Cave Article for as well.
