It has been just short of two weeks now since Conservative ran at Southwell and I am really pleased with how he has come out of that race.

We knew he was going to be up against it, but he was in contention before the tank started to empty in the final furlong.

The plan is to go back to Southwell with Conservative on the 30th of January. I am going to make an entry tomorrow (Wednesday, 24th January) for a 0-70 handicap over a mile. He should come on for his last run and I am hopeful we will see him back at his best.

Hopefully, there will be more success to come over the next few weeks, including with Conservative.
