WATCH: Diamond Days declared to make his chase debut on Tuesday for the Tizzard team
Our five-year-old gelding made his first start since March just under a couple of weeks ago when finishing 3rd in a handicap hurdle contest at Fontwell. In the build up to his reappearance run, trainer Joe Tizzard had been schooling Diamond Days over fences to sharpen him up and he was really pleased with what he saw.
His jumping style has long suggested that he will improve for a fence, and with Joe's team in such good form at the moment, we're hoping that Diamond Days can take another step forward on Tuesday in what will be just his eighth start for the club.
