WATCH: Trainer Dylan Cunha joins the Coral Racing Club | From South Africa to Newmarket

It's been a short while coming, but we're delighted to officially introduce Dylan Cunha as the latest trainer to join the Coral Racing Club team.
We broke the news earlier this year alongside the update that Coral Racing Club horse, Aspire To Glory, would be trained by Dylan, and recently we were able to head to Dylan's yard in Newmarket to find out more about his incredible story which involved him swapping a seat in the cockpit for an entirely new venture just a stones throw away from the famous Warren Hill gallops at racing HQ.
The team at Phantom House Stables have done nothing but go from strength to strength after he saddled his first UK runner in the summer of 2022. Since then they have sent out a remarkable 104 winners, with the highlight undoubtedly coming in September 2024 when Prague landed the teams first Group 2 victory in the Dubai Joel Stakes.
Dylan's approach to racing is more than just about training winners, and he's a big advocate of giving all of his team and owners the best experience throughout their time and journey. During our time at his yard he said "There's no fun watching a race for a minute. The whole game is fun. You've got to enjoy every aspect of it and I really do." and that is why we're so thrilled to have him as part of the Coral Racing Club team.
His operation have built a reputation for being pretty shrewd in the sales ring and as well as being able to work wonders with lower rated handicappers, so fingers crossed they can work their magic with Aspire To Glory, who shouldn't be far off having his first run since August last year when we last saw him landing his sixth victory for the Club.
