Seven winners in three days, a remarkable four-timer at Ffos Las and two of his 'Five to Follow' selections already in the winner's enclosure! It's been an extraordinary week for Coral Racing Club Ambassador and Trainer, Joe Tizzard. With Lisbane Park heading to Cheltenham tomorrow, the excitement shows no sign of slowing down!

Joe Tizzard's team have been in absolutely tremendous form this week, producing a magnificent run of results that has given racing fans plenty to cheer about! The Dorset trainer enjoyed six winners across Wednesday and Thursday, including a sensational four-timer at Ffos Las that saw Brendan Powell complete a clean sweep aboard Fairy Park, Spanish Stroll, The Walk and Diamond Ri.

The Winners just keep coming.....

JPR One added a seventh victory to the tally at Cheltenham on Friday afternoon, landing the valuable £100,000 squareintheair.com Handicap Chase under Brendan Powell and keeping the remarkable run going at the home of jump racing.

Seven winners in three days is some achievement and it speaks volumes about the form of Joe's horses, the preparation behind the scenes and the hard work being put in by everyone at Venn Farm.

For Coral Racing Club members, there's an extra reason to celebrate!

Two from 'Five to Follow'– and Counting!

When Joe shared his 'Five to Follow' selections with Coral Racing Club members, he gave us five horses to get excited about as the new jump season gathered momentum.

His chosen quintet of Fairy Park, Alexei, Kripticjim, Lisbane Park and The Walk offered a terrific mix of established talent and exciting prospects. This week, two of those selections have already rewarded his confidence in spectacular fashion! Fairy Park got Thursday's Ffos Las four-timer off to a flying start with an emphatic eight-length victory, producing a performance full of promise and giving Joe's followers plenty to smile about.

Not to be outdone, The Walk added his name to the winners' list later that afternoon, completing a memorable double for Joe's 'Five to Follow' selections on what turned out to be an extraordinary day for the yard.

There's something particularly satisfying about seeing a trainer nominate horses he believes are worth following and then watching them deliver on the racecourse. Joe's judgement has certainly been rewarded this week!

With Alexei, Kripticjim and Lisbane Park still to follow, there's every reason to be looking forwards to what the coming weeks and months might bring.

A yard absolutely buzzing.....

Thursday's Ffos Las four-timer was a tremendous achievement, with winners over both hurdles and fences.

Fairy Park got the ball rolling before Spanish Stroll showed plenty of battling spirit to land his novice hurdle. The Walk followed with another victory over hurdles and Diamond Ri rounded off a memorable afternoon with an impressive eight-length success on his chasing debut. Coming hot on the heels of Wednesday's double, courtesy of Our Peggy and Sea Warrior, it was a magnificent couple of days for the whole team.

Then came Friday's Cheltenham success, with JPR One providing another memorable moment for Joe and Brendan. Carrying top weight of 12 stone in a competitive Class 2 handicap chase, his victory added another valuable prize to the yard's extraordinary haul.

Joe's tremendous run has also helped him reach his best-ever October tally, with his horses operating at an impressive 25% strike rate during the month. Those figures are a tremendous reflection of the form of the yard and the work being put in by the entire team.

Of course, Joe knows a thing or two about preparing a winner. From his successful career in the saddle to taking the reins at one of jump racing's most respected family operations, he has spent a lifetime around top-class horses.

His experience, knowledge and understanding of what makes a racehorse tick are evident in the way his team operates. Whether it's bringing a promising youngster through the ranks or getting an established performer back to their best, there's an enormous amount of skill involved.

For those of us lucky enough to have Joe as part of the Coral Racing Club, it's wonderful to see the yard enjoying this sort of success. We know how much work goes into preparing these horses and there's nothing better than seeing that effort rewarded.
