Hugo Palmer 2026 Flat Season Preview | Featuring Michael Owen and Chris Hughes
Last year, the team at Manor House secured over £1.3 million in total earnings which included 76 winners, with one of the highlight victories coming at Goodwood on the 1st August when Seagulls Eleven won the Group 3 Bonhams Throughbred Stakes.
Former footballer, Michael Owen, is the owner of Manor House Stables, and he is very much looking forward to this season and is hoping to see plenty more success on the track whether it's with their new crop of promising two-year-olds, their unexposed three-year-olds—including the likes of Fitzella, Glacius and recent Esher Cup winner, Laureate Crown—or with their more established and experienced stable stars.
With the Chester May Festival right on the horizon, a meeting which means plenty to the yard at a track they exceed at (44 wins from 258 runners), check out our latest video to find out which horses could be set to feature and hear more from Hugo and Michael on their expectations for the rest of the year.
