From the Name Your Horse competition we ran last week for your new Alice Haynes-trained two-year-old, we received an incredible 12,000+ entries.

We were thrilled to see so many of our members get involved with the competition, for what is a truly fantastic opportunity to be the one to name your latest Coral Racing Club recruit for life. 

So from all of the entries, we've picked out three that we think are really strong contenders, and we'd like you to vote for the name you like the most.

1. By taking part in this “Name Your Horse with Alice Haynes - VOTE” Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. This Competition is open from Wednesday 19th April 2023 and closes on Friday 21st April 2023. (the “Promotional Period”)

ELIGIBILITY

3. This Competition is only available to members of the Coral Racing Club who are over 18 years of age and who are not self-excluded from gambling with Coral, Ladbrokes or any other brand operated by the Promoter or are not self-excluded via any National Self-Exclusion scheme.  For details of how to enter the Coral Racing Club please visit: coralracingclub.coral.co.uk.

4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Competition.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5. To participate, an Eligible Player must:
a. access the Competition page; 
b. click “ENTER HERE”; and
c. vote for their favourite name during the Promotional Period to get one entry into the Competition.
6. Eligible Players can only vote once during the Promotional Period.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
8. Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotional Period.  After this date no further entries to the Competition will be accepted.
9. The results of this Competition may not directly impact the final decision made by the independent panel for the "Alice Haynes - Name Your Horse" competition.

GENERAL

10. The Promoter of this Competition is LC International Limited, whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. 
11. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict an Eligible Player’s access to the Competition or any other Competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.  
12. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with their legal and regulatory obligations.  The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect an Eligible Player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Competition and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
13. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend and/or remove that participant from the Competition, and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation.
14. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: (i) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Competition; (ii) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; or (iii) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Competition participation or the acceptance of a prize.
15. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Eligible Player of any such failure.
16. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
