Would you like to attend Phoenix Of Dreams' next race for the Coral Racing Club as one of his Owners for the Day?

Phoenix Of Dreams caught the eye late in the day at Newcastle in his last run, after being presented with some unfavourable situations over the seven furlong trip, finishing a positive fourth in a gutsy performance. In his last update, Sean Quinn told us that Phoenix Of Dreams was absolutely fine coming out of the race and that we shouldn't have to wait too long to see him back out on track again, with the turf season kicking into gear on top of the all-weather schedule.

It hasn't taken the team at Highfield Stables long to find him a suitable contest, and he's been entered to head back out onto the turf for the first time since last last October.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this Competition, you will have to agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Win an Owner for the Day experience prize draw competition (the “Competition”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Competition is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 14:00pm (UK time) on 02/04/2026 to 08:00am (UK time) on 06/04/2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS COMPETITION

2. This Competition is available to customers of www.coral.co.uk (the “Website”) who:

a. are over 18 years old; 

b. are located in the UK or ROI; 

c. have a verified Website account; 

d. are members of the Coral Racing Club; and

e. are eligible to receive Website promotions for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE

4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

5. Winners and their invited guests will be required to satisfy age 18+, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly, responsibly and meet the eligible criteria to receive the Prizes or participate in events.

6. The winners may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION

7. To participate in this Competition, an Eligible Player must access the Competition page via the Coral Racing Club and click “ENTER HERE”, this will direct the Eligible Player to an entry form where they can confirm that they would like to attend Phoenix Of Dreams' next race as an owner.

8. An Eligible Player would need to click “SUBMIT” to confirm their entry.

9. Once the entry form has been submitted, an Eligible Player will get one entry into the prize draw.

10. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

11. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

12. Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period. After this date, no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.

13. IMPORTANT: If a winner does not confirm attendance by 14:00 the day before the race the prize will be forfeited, and no new prize winner will be drawn. Please see term 20 for more information.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

14. The prize draw will take place by midday on 07/04/26. The winners will be chosen at random by an online random number generator.

15. There will be a total of 10 winners chosen.

16. The prize that the winners will win, will be an Owner for the Day experience at Catterick on 08/04/26 for themselves and a guest (the “Prize”).

17. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email and/or telephone number associated with their Website account within 48 hours of the winners being drawn to accept their Prize (a “Winning Notification”).

18. By participating in this Competition, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call if they are a winner.

19. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to make sure their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Website account. 

20. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. The winners will have until 14:00 the day prior to race day to accept their place at the Event. If the winner does not confirm their attendance by this time/date, they will not attend the Owner For The Day Experience and will forfeit the prize. This is due to logistical reasons and we would be unable to pick a new winner.

21. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.

22. Prizes are non-transferable.

23. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS

24. The Prize for the Owner for the Day Experience at Catterick on 08/04/26 will include:

a. a racecourse entry ticket for each winner and their invited guest;

b. access to the Owner and Trainer facilities on race day for the horse “Phoenix Of Dreams”;

c. access to the parade ring before the horse’s race;

d. should the horse win, entry into the Winners’ Enclosure for the trophy presentation;

e. should the horse win or place, the prize money (after standard deductions have been applied i.e. trainer and jockey fees) shall be shared equally amongst all winners of this Competition. Payment of any such funds will be via the winner’s Website account.

25. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may impact the advertised race day, time and location for “Phoenix Of Dreams” whereby the race will have to be rescheduled, all the winners will remain eligible as an “Owner for the Day” for the next selected race day, time and location. Full details will be communicated promptly by the Promoter to each of the winners in this instance.

26. The Prize does not include transport, accommodation, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations (as applicable), spending money, tax or personal expenses.

27. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

28. In the event that the winner(s) cannot attend the race, they will still receive their share of the prize money (after standard deductions have been applied i.e. trainer and jockey fees) should the horse win or place.

29. The winners and their invited guest must both be over 18 years old.

30. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been provided, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.

31. The Promoter will not be responsible for any cancellation or alterations to any element of the Prize that is outside of their control. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of winner or their invited guests to take up the Prize.

32. It is the sole responsibility of the winners and their invited guests to meet any third-party providers’ terms and conditions. Neither the Promoter, nor the Prize provider, shall have responsibility for lost tickets or missed race days for this reason.

33. The Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash value.

34. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

35. The racecourse entry tickets will be available to collect on the day of the event at the collection office at the specific racecourse.

USE OF INFORMATION

36. Entrants’ first name and/or county may be announced on the Coral Racing Club and/or Coral X (Twitter) account within 28 days of the Promotional Period closing. Should an entrant not want to have their first name and/or county published, they should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

37. When relevant, winners will be required to facilitate guest details and provide information to comply with age, ID verification, responsible gambling or other checks to verify guests are suitable to participate or attend events when certain criteria are required (e.g., sufficient legal age to participate in events, etc..).

38. By participating in this Competition, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information (including guest details) provided in connection with the Competition may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the prizes and contact winners. 

39. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

40. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with their privacy policy and the relevant data protection legislation.

GENERAL

41. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.

42. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Competition and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

43. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Competition from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

44. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Competition and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation.

45. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any Competition at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.

46. We reserve the right to change or end any Competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

47. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
