Alice Haynes lines up quick return to action for Aspire To Glory following disappointing run at Chelmsford
It certainly wasn’t the plan for him to be that prominent, and with no great gallop on around him, he just pulled away any chance he had by not settling.
I am going to try something new next time and put a hood on him, as well as the cheekpieces, and hopefully this might help him settle and concentrate.
It seems that he goes a little soft at the races, and we need to get his full potential out, as he continues to show us ability at home that we just haven’t seen on the track yet.
We’ve given him an entry at Wolverhampton next Wednesday, so we'll wait to see how he is in the coming days before making a final decision on that race.
