Aspire To Glory shows plenty to build on at Yarmouth ahead of his next run at Brighton on Wednesday
Aspire To Glory produced another wholehearted performance at Yarmouth yesterday, finishing fifth in a race where the result was far closer than the finishing position suggests.
Breaking smartly and travelling with plenty of purpose through the early stages, Aspire To Glory was never far from the pace and remained firmly in contention before just finding the closing stages a little testing. With only a couple of lengths covering the entire field from first to sixth, it was a race decided by the finest of margins and there was plenty to like about his latest effort.

Aspire To Glory's jockey, Tom Marquand, came away encouraged and feels there could be plenty more to come with a slight tweak to his head gear. He is set to be sporting blinkers for his next run in the hope they will help him settle, drop his head down, focus and unlock that extra bit of determination when called upon.
The biggest positive of all is how well Aspire To Glory has come out of the race. He has bounced back brilliantly, is fit, fresh and absolutely thriving at home. Looking every inch the athlete, he continues to strengthen and mature with every run, giving everyone plenty of reasons to be excited about what lies ahead.
