I have been very happy with the way Hey Day Baby has been schooling over the last few weeks, so we head to Hereford on Wednesday optimistic of a good run.

The handicapper has eased her 2lb, which makes life a little easier. We are dropping back in distance to 2m3½f, and hopefully that will help. She didn’t quite get home at Southwell last time out over 3m, although that did come on very testing ground.

The ground at Hereford should suit her. There is not too much rain forecast before then, so it is likely to be ‘Good to Soft’.

I hope to see the Owners for the Day on Wednesday, and I am sure we will have a good afternoon.
