Katlayst declared for third start as she prepares to head to Southwell
Following her debut, in which she was very green and struggled with the undulations at Chepstow, she improved an incredible amount in her second start at Kempton. She finished fifth on the day, behind representatives of some of the powerhouses of the sport, including Godolphin, Wathnan, Cheveley Park and Qatar. Chris Grassick has decided to keep her on the all-weather for her third start, given the improvement she showed for switching to the artificial turf last time out, and she'll receive her opening handicap mark after this next race.
