Phoenix Of Dreams has been declared for his third race for the Coral Racing Club, in the Class 5 Maiden Stakes over seven and a half furlongs (18:40) at Beverley on Tuesday.
Phoenix Of dreams has been impressing at home recently, and has progressed really well, both on the racecourse in his two starts to date, and on the gallops in North Yorkshire. The Quinns have been keen to get him back out since his third place finish last month, as he's in great condition and pleased the team at Highfield Stables with a "lovely piece of work" last week.
The initial plan following the decision not to declare him at Wetherby earlier in the month, which was due to concerns over the firmer ground, was to head straight to the Northumberland Plate meeting with him at the end of June, but Tuesday's race at Beverley was identified as an ideal next step for him, as the ground was forecast to be good-to-soft for the contest.
