WATCH: Phoenix Of Dreams heads to the horse walker as he resumes light work
Our three-year-old gelding began his racing career in April, after the Quinns decided not to race him as a two-year-old in 2023. Since that debut, where he finished a solid 4th at Thirsk, he's competed in eight other races in which he's recorded two third place finishes, three consecutive second places and a comfortable victory at Redcar, where he was sent off an incredibly short 1/10.
As Sean Quinn told us in his previous update following his last outing at Wolverhampton, the plan was always to give him a little break following that outing, with a view to have him primed and ready for the start of the turf season this year.
That work starts here, as Phoenix Of Dreams has been out on the horse walker this week, with his tack on, to freshen him up slowly before starting some heavier work in the next few weeks.
Check out the video from Sean Quinn to find out more about the work Phoenix Of Dreams will be undertaking over the next little while.
