WATCH: Sycamore declared at Nottingham as he looks to go back-to-back over course and distance
Our gelding, trained by Scott Dixon, had been off the track for 65 days before he made the trip to Nottingham last month, where he won by a neck in a battling performance under the guidance of Phil Dennis. Scott told us in his latest update that Sycamore had come out of the race absolutely fine and that he would just keep him ticking over, as he's already fully fit.
Tuesday's race at Nottingham was also outlined as Sycamore's next planned run in that update and our seven-year-old has been declared as planned. Exciting young apprentice jockey Mikkel Mortensen takes the reins on Sycamore, marking the first time that the 21-year-old has ridden for the Coral Racing Club.
