From riding racing legends such as Denman and Neptune Collonges for trainer Paul Nicholls, to training Coral Scottish Grand National and Coral Welsh Grand National winners with Kitty's Light and Potters Corner, Coral Racing Club trainer Christian Williams has got one of the most interesting profiles to date.
Since setting up his training base in Ogmore-by-Sea, he's built up a reputation for being one of the very best in the game at producing staying hurdlers and chasers, and there's no doubt his unique yard has played a big part in that. Ogmore Farm is surrounded by nature trails and some of the highest sand dunes in Western Europe, plus the River Ogmore flows directly past as it heads into the Bristol Channel. Christian and his team ensure they make the most of every piece of land and water they have available to them to give their horses the best care, from both a physical and mental perspective.
