We're all looking forward to seeing what Conservative can do back on turf as we know the run he gave at Doncaster at the beginning of April was not his true showing.

He gets the services of the excellent Ben Curtis as jockey today who rides Conservative for the first time – and although Ben hasn't been a regular at the Norfolk-based track, he's ridden four winners and placed six times from just 25 rides.

Scott has been really keen to get him on a much sounder surface, and with the going currently described as Good To Firm, that's exactly what he should get. Conservative has ran twice previously at Yarmouth, finishing 3rd on both occasions, so fingers crossed we see a similar display today.
