Live Raceday Preview
Conservative makes the trip to Beverley for the first time in his career today as he looks to make it two runs in just eight days for the Coral Racing Club.
Jockey Phil Dennis retains the ride after Doncaster last weekend, and Conservative is also stepping up to 1m4f for the first time, which will be the furthest distance he has ever ran over.
Phil Dennis' all-time record at Beverley as a jockey: 116 rides, 9 (1st), 10 (2nd), 12 (3rd), 9 (4th)
Scott Dixon's all-time record at Beverley as a trainer: 114 runs, 8 (1st), 16 (2nd), 11 (3rd), 12 (4th)
The 18:45 Middle Distance Handicap is the final race on the card at Beverley today, and it's a contest worth over £25,000 in total prize money, with just over £13,000 going to the winner. Conservative's 10 Owners for the Day will no doubt be hoping he can try gallop the field into submission to not only attempt to get the club's first winner, but to also take home a chunk of that fantastic prize money.

The Coral Racing Club's first runner was all the way back in November 2022 when Lady Mendoza made her debut at Newcastle, and since then we've had another 18 runners, meaning today Conservative is set to make it as the Coral Racing Club's 20th runner since we launched last year.
