All The Glory joins star-studded Mares' Hurdle field as Jonjo & A J O'Neill take aim at the Cheltenham Festival
While that could still be the case, the handicapper may actually have made that impossible after he raised her another eight pounds for the win, which means she’s gone up 16 pounds for her last two victories.
She has a Grade 2 entry at Ascot this weekend, and we’ll enter her for a Grade 3 race and a handicap at Doncaster next weekend, and if she did go and win one of the graded races, then we would be kicking ourselves if we hadn’t at least given ourselves the option of the Cheltenham Festival race, so that’s why we have entered her this week.
It is still just an option at this stage, she will need to keep improving, and the Cheltenham race would be a very strong contest, with Brighterdaysahead and Lossiemouth in it. Equally though, that pair could go for the Champion Hurdle, so that’s another factor in our thinking.
We don’t have to make any decisions now, we’ll see how she gets on in her next run, but we’re just delighted to have a lovely mare for the Coral Racing Club, and to have the Cheltenham dream.
