Aspire To Glory | Latest update from Alice Haynes including Kempton entry and video on the gallops

Aspire To Glory
After a short break following his last run at Chelmsford, we worked Aspire To Glory with two stablemates yesterday morning (video) and were really happy with how he went.

He’s always been a good worker at home, and as we’ve said before, he’s become a bit of a mystery to us for not showing that same ability on the track.

We’ll enter him for a seven furlong race at Kempton next Wednesday (13th) for horses rated 0 – 60, as the mile trip certainly didn’t seem to suit him last time, and we’ll put some headgear on him which should help sharpen him up.

The official handicapper has dropped him two pounds to a mark of 50, and I know I’ve said it before, but at some point the penny will drop with him, and when he does, he could take advantage of this current mark.
