WATCH: Aspire To Glory set for Wolverhampton return on Saturday night
Since running at Dunstall Park nearly three weeks ago, where he finished fourth in his first run at the track, he's been ticking over nicely at home with Alice Haynes.
It's been a year of consistency for Aspire To Glory, frequently putting in solid performances in his grade and coming away with prize money on several occasions, and he'll be looking to add to his prize total at a track he performed well at last time and with a one of his regular partners in the saddle, Christian Howarth.
Alice Haynes' thoughts ahead of Aspire To Glory's run at Wolverhampton
"Aspire To Glory will head to Wolverhampton on Saturday where I’ve entered him in a 0-55 handicap over their extended 1m trip at 20:30. Eccentric and Koji are the only other two runners with a victory and the rest of them look unexposed. I’d like to think we’d have a good chance of winning a race of this quality.
He will be stepping up from 7f and it should mean we can take our time to ease him into the race. He appeared to like Wolverhampton on his latest run, so we thought we would head back to Dunstall Park.
All is well at home where he looks fresh and happy, so roll on Saturday evening."
