Here's Aspire To Glory having a canter on the Side Hill gallop in Newmarket, under his regular partner Tommie Jakes.

Aspire To Glory is progressing nicely, although he’s not quite come into his Spring coat yet but that’s not a surprise given the cold and wet weather we’ve had, quite a few of mine are the same, so it’s nothing to concern us.

We’re gradually stepping his work up with a view to getting him back on track in the latter part of May. We wouldn’t run him on heavy ground so like everyone, we’re hoping for drier, more spring-like weather to arrive soon!

We do think he’s a well handicapped horse, and there should be plenty more to come from him, so there’s lots to look forward to.
