With the going currently reported as Soft, Good to Soft in places at Sedgefield, and with more rain and sleet forecast in the area over the next 48 hours, Rebecca Menzies has decided to not declare Lady Mendoza for the intended race on Tuesday.

Rebecca will be keeping her eye out for Lady Mendoza's next opportunity, which we're hopeful will be sooner rather than later, as we know from the update earlier this week that she has been bouncing back to form at home, showing signs of improvement following the virus she had when she had to be pulled up at Southwell last time out.
