An impressive winner of her maiden point to point at Fairyhouse, where she won by four lengths and jumped for fun. Lady Mendoza was bought on behalf of Coral Racing Club for 40,000gns at the Newmarket National Hunt Sale in May 2022. 

This daughter of Court Cave finished second on her debut at Newcastle in November 2022, but due to a couple of injury setbacks and an unfortunate viral infection, she failed to replicate that form in any of her subsequent runs.

Her reappearance run this season over hurdles was filled with promise as she finished 2nd, and Rebecca Menzies is keen to keep her over hurdles for now until the opportunity comes to switch to the biggest obstacles and go chasing.
