Rockstar Icon has been enjoying the last days of his winter break in the field recently, and has been brought in by the team at Whatcombe Stables to begin preparation for the new season.

In our last update, assistant trainer, Alastair Lidderdale, told us that Rockstar Icon wasn't far off returning to work, following an extended break after his final run of the turf flat season last year in October. 

He's continued to strengthen over the winter months as we head into his four-year-old season and has put on his winter coat. The Paul & Oliver Cole team will work on his conditioning in the coming weeks, to fully prepare him for his seasonal debut which, all being well, will be towards the start of the turf flat season in April.
