Lady Mendoza runs in the 18:40 at Uttoxeter this evening, stepping up in trip to an extended 2m7f trip for the first time.

We'll be catching up with Rebecca Menzies and our lucky Owners for the Day who will be making the trip to Uttoxeter to enjoy the all the perks of being a racehorse owner. 

Raceday Preview

This is Lady Mendoza's first race at Uttoxeter, having previously been to Newcastle, Catterick and Southwell. 

Today also marks the first time she's raced over a longer trip under rules, but she did win over 3m in her last point-to-point outing in April of last year. 

Brian Hughes takes the reins on Lady Mendoza again, having asserted that she'd be better suited to a longer trip last time out. The Champion Jumps Jockey is also in great form right now, with a 22% strike-rate over the last fortnight.
