Rockstar Icon | Paul & Oliver Cole hoping for fruitful all-weather campaign which could lead to a trip to Finals Day

Rockstar Icon
The first thing to say about Rockstar Icon is how patient you have all been with him, which we must thank you for, as it means we’ve been able to give him plenty of time to recover from the little niggles he picked up, and he’s obviously also been gelded.

Because of that patience, he’s really pleasing us with his homework now, and as a result, we will be looking to give him his next run in the next two to three weeks.

It's been almost six months since his run at Haydock. He ran so well that day to finish second, it will be exciting to see how he can progress. There is such a good programme on the all-weather these days, with excellent tracks from Kempton to Newcastle, so all being well we can make up for lost time with him.

Having been off the track for this long, he’s sure to improve for the first run back, and while we don’t want to get carried away, it’s not impossible that he could be a horse for All-Weather Finals Day on Good Friday, with excellent races at both Newcastle at Lingfield.

We’d be delighted if we could deliver that for Coral Racing Club members!
