'He will be back working this week' – latest Rockstar Icon update from Paul & Oliver Cole

Rockstar Icon has come out of his race at Windsor well. I’ve watched the race back a couple of times and I am pleased with the attitude he showed on the track.
He was drawn wide on the outside, which made things difficult for him, but he finished his race strongly, and it gives us something to build upon. It’s a great sign to see a two-year-old put in the effort he did on his racecourse debut.
I’ve given him a few days off since that run, but he will be back working this week. I am not going to rush him back out again. I think it will be a few weeks before we think about entering him somewhere.
He is a horse who will step up in distance as he gets more experience, so that is going to give us a lot of options down the road.
