Unnamed Westerner update: Eyeing up possible Exeter debut

West End Boy
Unfortunately, we didn't take him to Wincanton this week for a racecourse gallop as we had planned as the ground was too soft. That was frustrating, but ultimately, I would not want to risk doing a piece of work on ground that is unsuitable, as that can do more harm than good to the horse in the long term.

We are all excited to find out what his new name is going to be. As soon as he has a name, we will then look to declare him somewhere in early December. I have not pencilled anything in yet, but there is a two mile race at Exeter on December 2nd which is a possibility for him.

I am happy with everything he is producing at home, we just need to get him to a racecourse now, as that is where we will learn a lot more about him.
